Refund Policy

At Clarity Worx Detailing, we take pride in providing professional, high-quality car detailing services. As a mobile business, our time and resources are allocated to each appointment in advance. The following policy outlines our strict stance on payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required before the detailing session begins.

  • Payment confirms your booking and secures your allocated time slot.

  • Services will not commence until payment has been received and verified.

2. Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable once the detailing session has begun.

  • Refunds will only be issued if Clarity Worx Detailing cancels your appointment and you do not wish to reschedule.

  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions, unrealistic expectations, or factors beyond our control (e.g., paint damage, poor prior repairs, or defects not visible before cleaning).

  • Partial refunds or discounts may be offered only at our discretion, and such decisions are final.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of payment, at our discretion.

  • ​

  • If we arrive and are unable to carry out the service due to:

    • lack of access to the vehicle or work area,

    • unsafe or unsuitable conditions,

    • incorrect information provided at booking,
      the appointment may be treated as a missed booking, and payment will not be refunded.

4. Weather & Operational Delays

  • As a mobile service, severe weather may occasionally prevent us from performing the work safely or to our usual standard.

  • In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at no extra charge.

  • Refunds will not be provided for delays or rescheduled appointments caused by weather conditions.

5. Service Quality

  • Our goal is to deliver every service to the highest possible standard.

  • If you have any concerns about the quality of our work, please notify us immediately at the time of completion so we can assess and address the issue.

  • Once we leave the site, we cannot accept liability for new marks, damage, or deterioration that occurs after the service.
