1. Business Information

Clarity Worx Detailing is a mobile car detailing service operating in North East England. We provide vehicle cleaning and detailing services at customer-specified locations.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or through our social media channels.

  • By making a booking, you confirm that all details provided (including location, vehicle type, and service selection) are accurate.

  • Clarity Worx Detailing reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a booking due to adverse weather conditions, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before the detailing session begins.

  • Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods as stated on our website or booking confirmation.

  • Services will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Invoices or receipts will be provided upon request.​

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee or loss of deposit (if applicable).

  • If we arrive at the agreed location and are unable to start work due to access issues or unsafe conditions, a call-out charge may apply.

5. Service Conditions

  • The customer must ensure there is sufficient space and safe access for our team to perform the detailing work.

  • Access to water and electricity (if required for certain services) must be available at the location, unless otherwise arranged.

  • We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

6. Liability

  • Clarity Worx Detailing will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or from circumstances beyond our control.

  • While we use professional-grade products and techniques, results may vary depending on the condition and age of the vehicle.

  • Our liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the value of the service provided.

7. Weather Policy

As a mobile service, our ability to complete detailing work depends on weather conditions. If weather prevents us from completing a service safely or effectively, we will contact you to rearrange your appointment at no extra charge.

8. Customer Data & Privacy

  • Any personal information you provide (such as name, contact details, and address) will be used solely for booking and communication purposes.

  • We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
